Who are the Friends
of Gallatin?

The Friends of Gallatin Downtown Improvement is led by a diverse group of women from Gallatin, Missouri. These women bring varied backgrounds and hometowns to the table, united as local business owners, mothers, and community advocates committed to enhancing their town. Their collective goal is clear: to transform Gallatin into a safe and inclusive haven for all residents and visitors alike.

The initiative was born out of a shared recognition among Gallatin's women that change was needed in their community. They have taken proactive steps to address these needs, organizing a range of events—from family-friendly trunk-or-treat gatherings to sophisticated cocktail fundraisers.

Their current efforts are aimed at raising funds to restore a historic building located in the heart of Gallatin's downtown square. This building will become the BTC Center that will serve as a community center for the people of Gallatin in hopes of bringing people together and acting as a space to host events, after school clubs, and a hub for entrepreneurial ventures.
